Keywords are great, but if you’re worrying about SEO you need to make sure the keywords you choose are relevant to what your site is really about. This practice is good for the search engine crawlers and it’s good for your customers. If you’re in a particularly tough industry and it seems like all the good relevant keywords are already dominated, spend the extra time to find your best opportunities not being utilized or alternatives keywords that would be just as relevant, if not as commonly used.
